Live session #27 Tourmaline

Recorded live session in which I discuss minerals from the Tourmaline group from the Crystal Museum and show beautiful examples of them. Especially special specimens from Brazil. In addition to large specimens of the well-known black tourmaline variety Schorl, the beautifully colored Elbaite varieties such as Rubellite, Indigolite, and Verdelite are also shown. In addition, Dravite and also the special watermelon tourmaline.

In an earlier live session on gemstones, tourmaline also came up briefly.

In this video, I show an example of a fake tourmaline.
