1. General

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, products, services and agreements of Stapel van Stenen (Stack of Stones), located at Capucijnenstraat 68, 6211 RS Maastricht, the Netherlands. By using our website and/or services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Definitions

Customer: any visitor to the website or user of the services of Stack of Stones.
Service means all communities, products, courses, workshops, lectures, and consulting services offered by Stack of Stones.

3. Offers and Agreements.

All offers by Stack of Stones are without obligation, unless explicitly stated otherwise. An agreement is concluded upon acceptance of an order or service by Stack of Stones.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website. In case of late payment, Stack of Stones reserves the right to suspend the delivery or to dissolve the agreement.

5. Delivery and Execution

Digital products and services are delivered through the website or by email. Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer. The delivery period is indicative and exceeding it does not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the order.

6. Cancellation and Returns.

Customers have the right to return physical products in their original condition within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. Digital products and (live) online services are excluded from return unless otherwise agreed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to community posts, videos, text, images, logos, and course materials, is the property of Stack of Stones and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Liability

Stack of Stones shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of its products or services, unless there is intent or gross negligence. In all cases, the total liability of Stack of Stones is limited to the amount the customer paid for the product or service.

9. Privacy

Stack of Stones respects the privacy of its customers and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). For more information, please see our privacy policy.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes.

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

There is no charge for using Stapelvanstenen.nl’s free community or other free downloadable products and services, unless otherwise stated.

4. User commitments

Use your real name and provide accurate information about yourself.
Create only one account and do not share your password.
Stapelvanstenen.nl is not available to users under the age of 13 or if your account was previously disabled for violating our terms and conditions.

5. Use and sharing of content

You may not share illegal, misleading, discriminatory or fraudulent content, or content that infringes on another’s rights. Harmful code, spamming and unauthorized access to data are prohibited. If these terms are violated, we may remove content or suspend your account.

6. Consents

You grant us a license to use the content you share to provide and improve our services.
This license ends if the content is removed.

7. Updating Terms and Conditions

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes at least 30 days in advance.

8. Disputes

In case of disputes, you and we agree to submit them to the competent court in the Netherlands.
